Human Resocia Co. Ltd. (Headquarter: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, President: Mitsugu Otaya, hereinafter "Human Resocia") has entered into a pioneering partnership with the National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute”, launching a joint initiative designed to offer work opportunities in Japan for university graduates. As part of this collaboration, Mitsui Knowledge Industry Co., Ltd. and Human Resocia’s group company, Human Academy Japanese Language School will primarily focus on assisting the career progression as IT engineers of these graduates. We are united in our commitment to the purpose and potential of this transformative project.
We anticipate that this initiative will enable Ukraine's youth to shape their desired careers in Japan, eventually contributing to Ukraine's development as future leaders. Additionally, we aim to strengthen the bridge between Ukraine and Japan.

About the project
Human Resocia will employ IT engineers from Ukraine, mainly IT graduates of the University, and facilitate their relocation to Japan, including visa arrangement, Japanese language training, and employment support. For any family members wishing to accompany the IT engineers, Human Resocia will provide Japanese language training and career development support through exposure to living and working in Japan.
